House rules
Four rules decide what ships and what waits. They apply to every product and to this site.
Native apps. Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android, with real terminals and real audio engines. Nothing is wrapped in a web view.
Private by default. Work stays on your device unless you choose to move it. This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
One job, done properly. Each product owns a single workflow and simplifies it until the first screen is the useful one.
Tested on the phones people carry. Large text, small screens, slow networks and inexpensive devices are part of the definition of done.
